Terms & Conditions

- We offer standard vendor’s warranty on products sold by us. If the warranty of the unit has ended then Firewall.me does not bear any responsibility.
- Our product carries standard international warranty which means the support can be claimed from the authorized service centers.
- Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging with all original manufacturer's documents and parts included, with absolutely no damage to the manufactures box, or the returned product(s) may be refused or subject to a higher restocking fee.
- In case of returns and issuance of credit note, the shipping cost will be deducted from the credit note issued or the shipping will be made on customers account
- 2% financial cost will incur if the payment is delayed over 30 days from the decided payment terms.
